Grilled Potatoes, Beets and Brussels Sprouts with Tahini Sauce Recipe

This is a delicious recipe. It’s so hot out we made it on the grill. We used sweet potatoes and beets instead of red potatoes and omitted parsnips & carrots. We kept the recipe simple and it was delicious. We dipped the grilled veggies in a tahini, garlic, lemon, tamari sauce and it was tasty. And some Bent Hop Golden IPA from Bent Paddle completed the meal.
